A Saudi Airlines flight had to go back to the airport after a mother claimed she left her baby at the airport.
The Saudi Airlines flight SV832 was on its way to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia when the mother realized she left her baby at the Saudi Arabia terminal.
The mother reportedly demanded to be reunited with her baby and the pilot had to turn around and go back to the airport.
The pilot asked air traffic controllers for permission to return to the airport as he can be heard asking in the audio clip: “May God be with us. Can we come back or what?”
“This flight is requesting to come back…a passenger forgot her baby in the waiting area, the poor thing.”
The air traffic control was left stunned and the operator said: “Okay, head back to the gate. This is totally a new one for us!”
The Twitter user, who shared the audio of the incident, claimed the mother didn’t leave her baby at the airport.
The baby was with its sister who boarded the wrong bus at the terminal.
When the mother realized they missed the flight, she demanded to be reunited with her baby.
