However, not all places are safe.
A naked couple fell to their deaths from a 3rd-floor balcony after rolling over while making love.
The bodies of the 35-year-old man and 28-year-old mother were discovered on the adjacent terrace after they slipped over the edge of the balcony, it is believed.
According to reports, the incident happened after a graduation party thrown by the mother at her home in Quito, Ecuador.
Her relative has said she left behind an 8-year-old girl.
The two were found by a neighbor who immediately ran outside after hearing a strange and loud thudding crash which she then realized were the bodies of the couple hitting the terrace.
The detectives are still investigating how the accident happened, said Calderon Police District Operations Chief Cristhian Trujillo.
However, reports from local media believe that the couple were not aware of the height of the balcony wall and they rolled over during sex.
One internet user commented: “RIP but what a way to go.”
