A 34-year-old multitasking mother, from Bournemouth, Dorset, is raising eight kids and also competes in the ring.

Gemma Ruegg trains six times per week and always has her kids with her during her training sessions.
The boxer has competed in the Queensbury Boxing League and placed first.
Gemma also owns a clothing company, is raising eight kids and also competes in the ring.
Gemma said: “I think the adrenaline rush was what I needed with boxing, I needed an outlet while my divorce was being finalised.point 401 |
My doctor suggested that I tried boxing as I was in a bad place mentally and physically and now I couldn’t live without it.point 102 | ”point 105 | 1
“It’s part of my daily routine as I train in the ring every day for an hour. I take my youngest kids, Boston, four, Danny, three, Frankie, 15 months and Trixie, three months, with me so I don’t have to worry about childcare.”
“I also think it’s great for them to grow up around the sport and the benefits it brings.”
Gemma, who even trained when she was pregnant, says she asked her doctor if she could carry on training and she was told it could be dangerous.
After being separated from her husband in 2011, Gemma took up the sport where she met Danny Ruegg who is now her husband and her coach.
She said when she met Danny her mental health was quite bad. Gemma and Danny started dating after a couple of years.
She said: “We became really close friends in the gym and his daughter Tia said we should go on a date-so we did. I fell pregnant extremely quickly completely unplanned but when we found out Danny was really happy and he asked me to marry him soon after.”
Their kids are always with them every day during her training session.
