In a hefty incident, a baby sitter was recorded on the camera as she kicked and covered the mouths and noses of twin babies who were just five months old.
In the incident that happened in Utah, she is now being jailed but it is just for a month that she has to spend behind the bars for the horrifying things she has done.
McKenna Newell, who is a 21 years old resident of West Valley City, pleaded guilty in the court on the count of child abuse and the judge then sentenced her for 30 days behind bars and a probation period of 36 months.
The sentence also included a fine of $5000 as well as 500 hundred hours to be spent in community services. The judge has also ordered her to take anger management classes.
She was first arrested in the month of January as the father of the twin baby girls saw the footage of the camera he had installed in his home and was left shocked.
As per the document of the court says, Newell first covered the baby sleeping inside the crib with a blanket then she picked her up and frantically shacked her.
Then she picks the crying baby girl again and put her down on the floor where her sister was already sitting.
The baby girl then started crying again and Newell kicked her in the chest and the legs. She then did the same to the other baby girl as well.
The nanny was recorded in the morning kicking the babies and pushing the as their heads bounced on the couch.
This could have turned out into some serious health problems for the babies but they were saved from the worst to happen.
