Father Richard Conway has been fixing the violence and drama in the tough neighborhood in Boston for the last ten years.
Father Richard doesn’t do anything unique like carrying a gun or wearing a bulletproof vest, but he shares a great relationship with the people in the community.
The meaningful relation builds the gap between the residents and the police, which in the result is bringing a positive change in the district.

It is amazing how just by solving some issues; the priest has addressed the significant problems in the most troubled neighborhood.
The father is known as the ‘Father Doc’ because of all the things he has done to help the community and the people living there.
Father Richard has performed lots of charitable events in Framingham, Newton, Lowell, Brockton, and South Weymouth and currently in Dorchester.
The main thing that connects him with all the people irrespective of their religion and races is the way he has meaningful conversations with them.
Father Richard claims that no matter what people will start talking to you and I carry a list of jobs in my pocket so whenever someone comes to speak to me I politely ask them if someone needs the job and hand them the list.
Father Richard has contributed his role in pulling out the people from the cycle of crimes that they are involved in Dorchester. It is excellent how he builds trust and visibility in the relationship with people, which makes them feel comfortable around him.
Father understands the emotions that every person is going through and helps them to build their lives most productively. It is just incredible how he has changed the whole community into a happier and safer place.
