A little extra kindness never hurt and people should understand this thing.
Sometimes customers behave so rudely to shop owners or employees who work there and the same incident happened in Roanoke, Virginia.
A coffee shop owner was fed up dealing with rude customers and decided to limit the rudeness shown by patrons.
Austin Simms, in Roanoke, Virginia, told: “I decided because I need to solve all the injustices of the world to start charging more for people who didn’t take the time to say hello and connect and realize we’re all people behind the counter.”
He puts a sign with new pricing policy outside his shop.
The sign reads: ”Small coffee $5”
”Small coffee, please. $3”
”Hello, one small coffee, please. $1.75”
It was only a day and the sign went viral online and even it became the headline of newspaper in England. According to Austin, his strategy worked.
People reacted on this incident after it was posted on Facebook.
