BREAKING: Amber Heard Is ‘Absolutely Not’ Able To Pay The $8 Million Damages To Johnny Depp, Confirms Her Attorney


While the verdict for the high-profile defamation case involving Amber Heard and Johnny Depp might be far from over, the drama continues.

In the latest series of reports, Amber Heard has decided to appeal against the jury’s verdict because she feels the decision was not correct and the jury only ruled in favor of Depp because they had been tainted by social media.

The actress has mentioned several times how she was being painted wrongly in the eyes of the world by Johnny’s fans, the legal team, and more, even going as far as accusing them of starting a smear campaign.

Therefore, the actress’s attorney was seen yesterday mentioning how her client would be appealing and has every single right in the world too because her claims are strong. In addition to that, she spoke about how not all the evidence that was there had been presented and that’s why she believes there is more to the story than meets the eye.

Elaine Charlson was even questioned about what she thought in regards to the mega defamation charges and payout being added. And when asked what she felt was a suitable amount, the attorney mentioned in a bold tone how her client Amber Heard was in no shape or form to make the payout which comprises nearly $8 million.

“She is absolutely not able to pay such a huge amount and will not end up doing so. She will appeal and she’s got strong grounds to do it”- she continued.

The news was revealed during the attorney’s appearance on the Today Show where the explosive case was talked about in detail.

It must be noted that the jury’s decision was split and that’s why Depp will receive $8 million while Heard would be getting $2 million.
