With days going by, more and more people are saying hello to proposals with a modern twist but we bet nothing beats one man’s attempt of impressing his fiancee who simply couldn’t come to terms with what was being presented to her.
Think along the lines of a man offering a giant block of hair instead of a ring while proposing. Yes, as creepy as it sounds, that’s exactly what one self-obsessed lover did while pouring his feelings out to his partner.
And the story has been shared on Reddit too, making so many questions about what was really going on in this man’s mind.
After getting engaged, the woman thought it would be a great idea to share the great news. Excited as ever, she put up an image featuring her unique engagement ring that comprised of a lock of hair and as you can probably imagine, it went viral on social media for all the wrong reasons.
Many expressed their sorrow and disgust at her partner for not putting in the effort of buying her a ring. And in the same way, so many comments began rushing in from strangers who felt that she should have held on to the decision until he bought her a new ring.
Moreover, some even went as far as questioning which part of the body the hair actually came from, and that led others to think all sorts of gross thoughts.
“No matter how much I love the man, I would never wear his lock of hair twisted like that around my finger. This is just wrong and it should never be done like that”- mentioned another commenter who blasted the man for having the nerve to even propose.
