Well, one couple was certainly not happy when they got back from a loving and relaxing vacation in Europe.

The holidaymakers flew home in horror to realize that their car was all smashed up and it was clear that someone had taken it out for a ride when they were not in town.

The news just made the couple extremely furious and they began to demand an explanation for the event that has left them devastated.

Emma Jackson who hails from Patrington Haven in East Yorkshire mentioned how it was not the ending they had hoped for after their relaxing vacation from Spain.

She said the car was literally smashed into pieces afterward and knowing that someone else was handling it meant that the airport’s carpark security officials couldn’t be trusted.

That just made the couple furious and it was beyond their wildest imagination. And the cost of the parking spot didn’t come cheap too, the couple adds. This just made their blood boil even more.

And if that wasn’t heartbreaking enough, the couple had reportedly filled up the tank right before leaving for Gatwick Airport. The first thing that the couple did upon seeing the situation of the dents was to show the vehicle off to a mechanic.

This would assist them in understanding the charges linked to it and how much they’d be paying. To their horror, it turned out to be nearly $5000 and a petrol tank that was half empty.

So as you can see, the couple is getting the matter investigated and they want to hold the firm responsible for taking care of airport security. After all, cars don’t come cheap and neither do parking spaces. Do you agree?
