Actress Anne Hathaway just experienced a miscarriage while playing a pregnant woman in the year 2015.
Speaking during a candid interview with Vanity Magazine recently, the star explained how difficult and painful of a process that was for her.
She happened to be playing a pregnant woman for an off-Broadway play in the year 2015. But who knew that this would all result in an experience that was too close to home for her?
The 41-year-old star spoke about her second pregnancy announcement which she did on Instagram during the interview. The post was done on July 24th, 2019 not only shared with the world the news of her pregnancy with a second child but even gave words of encouragement and reassurance on the matter for those struggling with infertility.
She says that infertility, contraception, pregnancy, and miscarriages are never an easy subject to deal with, and for her, it was twice the pain to act in a role, despite experiencing trauma of her own.
The star added that none of her pregnancies have been easy from the start and she hopes everyone becoming a mother knows that this period is never easy but the struggle is worth it in the end when you see the child in front of you.
