Hollywood actress Gwyneth Paltrow is getting used to her new life as an empty-nester.
On Tuesday, the founder of the brand Goop confirmed how she was dealing with a range of mixed emotions that arose after her daughter and son moved out.
Both Apple and Moses are off to college and the star says she’s feeling the emptiness already, despite the fact that it’s been a short while since their departure.
The Marvel star shared images of her embracing her kids and how she’s getting waves of grief and sadness.
Paltrow shared with fans how nobody prepares you for this stage in life. She’s going through so many roller coasters of emotions and how this might be her new normal.
“It’s hard but I am trying my best to get back into routine and remember that it’s a part of life”- she added.
The actress says that a little more space comes at a cost of less family time and making memories but she hopes this phase gets over soon and spoke about reuniting at the next best opportunity.
The star also spoke about how she is allowing herself to explore her imagination and it’s going great so far.
