A new and shocking twist in the fatal ‘Rust’ movie shooting incident has developed as actor Alec Baldwin was seen accusing the late victim of the fatal tragedy.
The actor revealed how he was only following the late cinematographer’s instructions and that is what ultimately led to her death in the end.
According to local media reports, the news comes as the attorneys for Baldwin had filed for an arbitration demand on Friday, against the other producers of the movie.
Moreover, the filing comes at a time when the celeb revealed how Baldwin was reportedly following the cinematographer’s instructions when it came down to pointing the weapon at her and then shooting her.
In the same way, the document has gone about revealing how Baldwin’s contract with the film had given him full protection from all sorts of financial responsibility that could possibly be related to Halyna’s death.
“I was following her directions. She told me to point the gun at her and pull the trigger. But little we know that the gun was loaded with live rounds”- the actor revealed.
The horrifying incident that took place on the movie set went on to kill Halyna Hutchins and injure the film’s director.
Baldwin is also exempted from paying all sorts of legal fees as mentioned in his contract, inside sources revealed.
Meanwhile, other reports have gone on to mention how the 63-year-old actor had even made attempts to try and convince several cast and crew members to finish filming the movie as a tribute to Hutchins.
He even suggested having all of the proceeds from the film go towards making a settlement with Hutchins’ husband and son, as revealed in the latest filing.
As it is, Baldwin currently stands as a defendant in a series of lawsuits that were filed in relation to the tragic shooting incident that took place.
