Hilaria and Alec Baldwin have reportedly welcomed baby number seven into this world and they couldn’t be happier.
However, the news didn’t go down with too many people who felt that the couple’s announcement was not the sort of news they were expecting and even had major issues with the child’s name.
The couple took to their account on social media to announce the news and spoke about how grateful they were to welcome their seventh child amid all the drama and controversies that have taken them on a rollercoaster ride in the past year.
Alec Baldwin accidentally shot and killed star cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the sets of his new movie titled, ‘Rust.’ And just a week after the news of his baby being delivered went viral, he is being rumored to be charged for the death of Hutchins as confirmed by the DC office yesterday.
As it is, the troubles for the family are plenty but now, people are accusing Hilaria of faking her Spanish roots and of coming up with a Spanish name for her baby girl.
The American yoga instructor appeared to be over the moon as she went into detail about how she and the family are busy spending this time bonding with the little one.
But it’s the name that really irked viewers, Ilaria Catalina Irena Baldwin is what the name consisted of and it had baffled plenty who felt there was no need to be so Spanish all the time.
As it is, the mother of seven is accused of cultural appropriation by so many fans. This is when she claimed to be from Spain.
This past month, she hit out at trolls who issued such mean comments about the couple and how they shouldn’t be having such big families as that’s the last thing the world needed.
But the couple is trying to stay positive and says that this was a surprise gift and a true blessing indeed. They’re in love with the little one and can’t wait to build and share more memories with her too.
