Terrifying and tragic reports are going on to speak about how the baby boy was reportedly found dead in bed days after the hospital had wrongly discharged him.
According to reports from local media outlets, the parents claim they had no idea that this would be the outcome of the doctor’s negligence but now that it has occurred, they want justice to try and save other young lives so their parents don’t have to go through what he did.
The family shed light on how the mom broke down into tears and how the inquest heard that her baby son died in bed, just moments after Mother’s Day ended. According to her, nothing can be more upsetting for a parent than to mourn the loss of their child.
The baby was identified as 15-month-old Olly Stopforth who passed away in the middle of the night, two days before doctors felt he was fit and ready to go home.
But his mother says that they ignored all the red flags and said he was fine. They dubbed his condition as a general viral infection and nothing can be more upsetting than that, another person added.

The child was reportedly taken by an ambulance and rushed to a nearby hospital dubbed Countess of Chester Hospital during the evening hours of Friday, March 20, 2020. Other reports spoke about how his dad claimed that doctors failed to carry out a ‘hands-on’ check on the baby, despite his red flag conditions.
