Celeb host on ‘The View’, Whoopi Goldberg was seen storming off the set after a particular topic and conversation irked her to the core.
Goldberg simply walked away from the set of the leading morning show during Tuesday’s episode on ABC. The talk show host reportedly had no interest when her co-hosts started to discuss the bizarre matter relating to foot fetishes and beyond.
The women seemed to be deeply engaged in a topic discussion that had to do with an advice column in The Guardian where an anonymous poster claimed his wife did not like it when he gave foot massages because he told her that he had a fetish for feet.
The conversation bothered the star who felt it was inappropriate and just not her cup of tea to discuss. Therefore, she boldly mentioned how she should be excused while the other ladies could carry on talking about the topic.
“Keep talking, I won’t be here to listen to it. But you may continue as I wish to be excused”- she added. And that’s when one of her fellow co-hosts Farrah Griffin confirmed that Whoopi had officially left the building.
Some of the women showed confused and shocked faces while another panelist went right behind her to ask if she was okay as they did not know the reason as to why the host would do something of that sort in front of millions watching around the globe.
While the ‘Ghost’ star refused to provide any justification for the act, she did seemingly hand out something to a person located off-camera, insiders confirmed.
Later on, she returned, only to joke about the matter. She stated how the topic of discussion was so in-depth that she felt suffocated and therefore opted to take a breather to prevent it from playing with her mind. “Talking about what turns your partner on or what kinky fetishes he might have is just hard sometimes”- she added.
