President Joe Biden was seen opening up about some of the darkest moments of his life.
And it’s safe to mention that not a lot of people saw this side of the present coming in a really long time.
America’s Head of State revealed how he contemplated several times how he wished to end his life after the death of his first wife and daughter. He called it one of his life’s darkest periods and would never wish to revisit that chapter again because of how dark and tragic it is.
The incident arose during a candid interview featuring the president and top radio host Howard Stern who was shaken as well with the news.
The conversation suddenly took a very emotional turn where Biden reflected on the grief that he experienced after the death of his first wife Neilia and the couple’s 13-month-old daughter named Naomi. This was during a devastating car accident that arose in December of 1972.
The tragic deaths come just a few weeks after Biden won the first election to the US Senate, he added, making the whole experience a very bittersweet one for him.
