Singer Sam Smith’s looks always stand out in a crowd full of people and his attire for the Brit Awards was certainly no exception.
The quirky black-colored balloon-like outfit made from latex had crowds stunned as it was definitely something they’d never seen before. And it’s safe to say that many people had their eyebrows raised after taking a glance.
Now, fashion designers of the star’s outfit are going into detail about the making and how long it took to produce the fashion masterpiece in their view.
The look that Sam Smith wore and got plenty of unique feedback for was by emerging designer Harri. He recently shot to viral fame after the celeb’s appearance and he claims he couldn’t be more grateful.
The shiny attire made from latex comprised inflatable arms and legs with a high neck and plenty of shimmers that made the star reflect light in a bizarre but unique manner.
It was quite evident that the performer was having a little trouble walking in the outfit due to its incredibly large size but they still managed to pull it off quite well in the end.
The designer who hails from Kerela says he was given just four days to design and produce the outfit from start to finish. And he managed to do it in a manner that everyone loved or at least noticed.
He applauded the star for carrying his unique design so well and for making him an instant overnight star.
It has been speculated that the popstar witnessed Harry’s designs in a fashion magazine that he randomly happened to be scrolling through. But little did he know that it would be loved so much that he opted to send a letter out to the designer to make his own customized and zippable version.
