Actress Amber Heard had reportedly issued a bold ultimatum to her former partner Johnny Depp, moments before she sat down for her exclusive interview on NBC.
According to reports from local media outlets, the actress challenged the celeb to do his own sit-down interview if he had so much problem with her speaking her mind after the dramatic defamation trial’s verdict was released.
This was said to be the first time that the actress was seen speaking after her trial where she has been ordered to pay $8 million after the jury found her guilty of defamation.
Amber Heard continues to repeat her banter about how strongly she stuck by her allegations that the celeb beat her. But a shocking turning point did arise during the interview when the celeb offered a giant binder full of notes from her therapist to the host.
These notes clearly mentioned abuse and how the star did physically and mentally abuse her on several occasions.
Now it is yet to be known why the binder was not presented during the trial and what significance, if any, it holds now that the verdict is out and the trial is officially over.
“I am in no way, shape, or form trying to seek vengeance”- the celeb revealed.
“If Johnny Depp and his legal team have any issues with me speaking, then they are more than welcome to come forward and conduct a sit-down interview. For now, this is my time and I’m going to make the most of it by telling the truth”- the actress carried on.
Heard was seen turning over her binder full of therapist notes, calling them fresh evidence in the case. She claims that this is more than enough proof of her allegations and that’s why she is planning on appealing the decision that was sent down by the jury.
