A box truck was seen crashing into a busy street on Tuesday in Boston.
Around six people were left injured in what officials referred to as a very big tragedy.
The press conference related to the incident spoke about how the event unfolded at nearly 12:48 EST in the area of Kneeland Street and Harrison Avenue.
Upon arrival, officers observed a box truck turned over on the side as well as several people who were stuck by the vehicle.
Images from the scene were shared through the X app that showed the Boston Fire Department showing a yellow colored Penske truck sideways.
Penske mentioned in the recent statement how the truck was out on rent to a commercial trucking company and that no other information was available at that time. The Boston Fire Department also shared how the truck struck several poles and was wedged between a pole and a building that day. More investigations are taking place to get more details on the horrifying incident.
