In one of her Thanksgiving snaps, 32-year-old Scout is seen holding hands with her dad while seated around a table at their home.

In another picture, captioned simply as ‘my guy’, Bruce is seen caressing his daughter’s face by gently placing his hand under her cheek.

The touching moment comes after Bruce’s entire family, including his five daughters Mabel, Evelyn, Rumer, Tallulah, and Scout rallied around the actor along with his ex-wife Demi Moore and wife Emma Willis following his dementia diagnosis.

Bruce initially retired from acting last year after his language abilities began deteriorating as a result of the brain condition known as aphasia.

Earlier this year, his family announced that the disease had progressed into frontotemporal dementia and that the actor’s condition continues to worsen.

More recently, Moonlighting creator and Bruce’s close friend Glenn Gordon Caron shared a devastating update about Bruce in which he suggested the actor lost his “joie de vivre.”

“My sense is the first one to three minutes he knows who I am. He’s not totally verbal; he used to be a voracious reader – he didn’t want anyone to know that – and he’s not reading now,” he told Page Six.

“All those language skills are no longer available to him, and yet he’s still Bruce. When you’re with him you know that he’s Bruce and you’re grateful that he’s there, but the joie de vivre is gone.”
