Traveling with young children can be a daunting affair and the worst is when you happen to be caught in the middle of some airplane drama involving such individuals.
One woman is taking his dilemma online to talk about how she was constantly forced to swap seats with one mother’s son. But she failed to entertain her excuses and demands and now wants to know if she made the right decision or was selfish.
The woman says she’s not a huge fan of kids and seeing them on her flight always makes her feel low. Therefore, for a nagging mother to tell her to swap seats with her son because he enjoyed looking out the window had her in a frenzy.
She claims to have boldly denied the request simply because she was the one who paid extra for the seat. And if the other party had done the same then they wouldn’t even need to worry about this in the first place.
She further described the mother’s behavior as that which was similar to someone who felt entitled to the seat and also someone who could get away with whatever she wanted.
But this woman says she taught her a very integral lesson and that comprised of having the patience to accept the fact that nothing everything would be as per your wishes and choices and the same goes for her child.
Despite saying no once, the woman goes on to reveal how the mother continued to pester her for a while. She just couldn’t stand the fact that she was being told a big fat no or perhaps she was not used to it.
But the part that really made her angry is when she claimed that her son was suffering from sensitivity issues and therefore needed to sit at the window immediately.
She did not know what that meant and just continued to ignore it.
