While bosses are known for some of the most ridiculous demands, one builder boss is making sure his next advert attracts all the right people.

 

Meet Adam Weedon who claims he’s fed up with hiring so many workshy people for his laboring firm because, in the last 12 months, he’s lost 10 employees. And for this reason, he’s sick of conducting interviews for workshy people who don’t have it in them to work hard. 

Therefore, he claims to have designed the most genius plan when it comes to job adverts and it states, “no snowflakes need to apply.”

Weedon who hails from Chatham in Kent recently spoke about how his firm is in dire need of hardworking people who are willing to give it their all when it comes to their duty. And while plenty may seem appealing during the time of the interview, they just refuse or fail to deliver afterward. And for that very reason, he’s making sure his next full-time laboring position and pay depends on the skills and experience at hand. 

In addition to being rough and tough, he wants someone who has a valid driving license and lives nearby. After all, commuting is very important. 

“I have been in search of a good laborer for my firm and for that reason, I’ve boldly outlined how I need no snowflakes in my firm. Nowadays, people want a job but they are simply not willing to put in the hard work and effort required for the money on offer,” the boss explained. 

He also shed light on how much people love their phones and simply weren’t willing to give up their screentime and for a position like this, it’s the last thing he needs.
