Burning Man has entered into a state of absolute chaos recently as revelers who seem fed up have finally started to snap and fight during the mass exodus from the washout festival.
The news has tempers flaring during the long hours line featuring campers who were making their way out of the desert. There were plenty of cops sending out warnings and most had turned into a very hostile mood by the end of it.
Fights were starting to break out and some tired partygoers also spoke about how they were really breaking and losing it after suffering through a weekend that was filled with nothing but misery, thanks to the huge amounts of rain and mud.
The setting is the Nevada desert and that is where many police officers are seen speaking about tired partygoers lashing out at each other.
More details were unveiled thanks to footage obtained through a drone regarding the matter.
It featured people in crowds shaking while vehicles were getting one step closer to getting through the sand while making way for an exit during the afternoon hours of Monday.
Some were seen cutting in front of others while a few rolled around in the mud to prevent themselves from crashing. As one can imagine, patience is running thin during such poor weather conditions seen through the gridlock.
The news comes during the grand finale where ‘the burning of the man’ finally got underway. This was one day later during hours of the night on Monday. During this period, a statue made from wood was seen lighting up from the dwindling crowd who despite the stressful conditions, still stayed for so long.
Officials also spoke about the man who passed away tragically at the festival on Saturday. He was identified as 32-year-old Leon Reece. He did call for help but the weather made it so much harder for any rescue response to be generated.
