As a child, we’ve been accustomed to reading so many fictional tales that when reality strikes, it’s really a hard pill for many to swallow.

A 5-year-old girl was reportedly caught bursting into tears when she came down to the realization that fairytales aren’t real and that she’s not a princess.

The moment was captured by her parents, where the child can be seen bursting down into tears as she’s being told that she’s not a princess but a regular girl like most of us.

Just the thought of the moment made the girl sad and as her parents added more details about what life is all about, well, she couldn’t control her emotions further and really broke down on that note.

The girl who is now going viral as we speak was identified as Orla McEvity who really didn’t like the sound of having to do chores.

“So that means this was never real. I’ll need to do boring things like go food shopping and wash dishes”- the five-year-old questioned her parents.

But the whole time that she was crying, her parents couldn’t stop laughing at their own daughter’s reactions. The more they tried to console her, the more she cried. And in the end, it was just too cute not to share with the rest of the world.

The entire fiasco began when the young child questioned her mom about washing dishes and why she was forced to do it instead of sitting down and playing with her.

 On that note, the mother began explaining to her daughter about chores and why adults needed to do them.

She told her that there was no way out and it was the duty of everyone to take part, whether they liked it or not. And as you can imagine, the news didn’t go down too well as her tears began to flow.
