Actor Nicholas Cage is making it very clear that his 60th birthday will bring in some major changes in his life.
Amongst those would be taking a step back from his acting career, which was not a decision that many people saw coming. The leading and popular 59-year-old entertainer is adored by so many people from all over the globe. And that decision really had fans in shock.
Cage says that there’s no other place that he would rather be than seeing his kids grow up before his eyes. And with his current hectic routine in place, he’s speaking about scaling down from all the heavy workload that keeps coming in his direction.
Speaking for an exclusive online interview, the celeb mentioned to Entertainment Tonight how he would like to make a few changes as he approaches the big 60 which is nearly a month away.
And some of the changes would include spending more time with his young daughter who he feels guilty about not giving enough time to.
The star who was recently seen putting his two-tone hair on display mentioned how he’s taking more stock of what is actually important as the years go by and he gets older. And that’s when the Academy Award winner added how he and his wife who tied the knot in 2021 had welcomed their child, the following year.
Cage also has a son named Weston who he shared with his former lover Christina Fulton. But that’s not all, the leading actor is also a grandad to his oldest child’s four kids. So as you can see, he clearly has his hands full.
The performer also took the time to promote his newly released film called Dream Scenario, whose upcoming release has kept fans on the edge of their seats.
