Piers Morgan has reportedly asked the Duke of Sussex to cancel his much anticipated ‘tell-all memoir’ if he’s got any ounce of dignity left.
The renowned talk show host and one of the most outspoken critics of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry did not come slow recently when he made the bold remarks.
Morgan also reminded Harry that he just set out in his public tribute to the late Queen how he would now honor his dad and the reigning monarch of the country. And for the sake of that promise, he should not release his tell-all memoir.
The forthcoming book has been in the works for a long time and many media outlets spoke about its release soon. But seeing Morgan urge the Duke to pull the plug had so many people thinking that he might actually be right, for a change.
The former host of Good Morning Britain also revealed recently how it was a nice gesture for Harry to offer the olive branch toward his dad and the King of the UK but if fell short of his promises, the joke would definitely be on him.
In a statement that was released on Monday, the Duke of Sussex boldly declared how he would honor King Charles as he starts his reign.
And if the book is as bad as the Palace fears then it’s best that Harry avoid the tension of that sort in these troubled times and honor his promise.
“All hell is expected to break loose when this book is published. And the furor that will continue will last for a long time. So it’s best if Harry avoids it and behaves as he should, a good young Prince that respects his father’s reign”- Morgan continued.
