According to local media reports, the Captain Tom Foundation was initially begun by the deceased war veteran’s family.
But now, so many questions are being raised regarding its first accounts that had been published. Those showed how funds had been spent and so far, it amounts to nearly 162,000 Pounds being used on management fees.
Moreover, it was also claimed that the charity had even tried to appoint the war veteran’s daughter as its CEO with a groundbreaking salary of 150,000 Pounds.
But now, a very serious probe has begun with the Charity Commission blocking the questionable move as it starts its investigations into a matter that it deems important.
For many, the news is being considered a very alarming ordeal. Captain Moore was an inspiration to so many people, especially when he made it a challenge to walk 100 laps in his garden, all by himself. This is when he reached the age of 100.
Unfortunately, he passed away in the month of February last year. Today, many are so grateful that they have one of his daughters with them today. But this groundbreaking news has confused so many.

This particular charity is known to raise money for a number of its selected partners and that includes due focus and emphasis on the elderly.
