Chanel West Coast and her boyfriend Dom Fenison have welcomed their first child together and introduced their little bundle of joy to the world.
The TV star told Us Weekly that she and her boyfriend named their daughter Bowie Freeze Fenison, who was born on November 2.
The 34-year-old told the publication: “Even though it was the scariest and hardest day of my life having an emergency C-section, I am beyond overjoyed about the birth of my daughter.”
Chanel, born Chelsea Chanel Dudley, also revealed that Bowie weighed 7lbs 10oz when she was born at 10:22 am.
“She is healthy and happy as can be,” she went on. “She is perfect in every way to me and her daddy and we are so grateful to have her in our lives.”
After suffering a high-risk pregnancy followed by ‘many, many hours of labor,’ the singer said she was grateful to be ‘happy and healthy.’
Chanel described the birth as “one of the scariest” experiences she ever had but she also admitted that it was the “most rewarding day of my life so far.”
Sharing more details about the birth, the first time mom said: “After many hours in labor I ended up giving birth to my baby girl via c-section. A few complications and she didn’t wanna just pop out on her own.”
She also offered high praise and gratitude for her boyfriend “for giving me the greatest gift in the world and being such an amazing dad already. Love you both soooo much.”
The TV personality shared a photo of her daughter wrapped up in a floral blanket and a matching cap.
“Our lil nugget sound asleep,” she wrote. “Welcome to the world.”
