Terrifying reports regarding the billionaire superyacht tragedy have surfaced as rescue efforts continue around the clock.
The Canadian chef on board the yacht reportedly was found dead with his remains floating alongside the vessel.
Now, experts are fearing the death of six more people including British tech tycoon Mike Lynch and his teenage daughter who were aboard the vessel that slammed against a watersprout, causing it to sink across the Sicilian coast during the morning hours.
The luxury sailboat was anchored off the Porticello coast and that’s when a waterspout struck the region at 5 am. They severely wrecked the boat and caused it to disappear amongst the waves.
The boat was all lit up but soon afterward, it was no longer there, one witness mentioned. Witnesses described the boat as beautiful where a party was taking place. It was said for many to see the outcome of a celebration of a leading tycoon who was excited to celebrate his second chance at life.
Mike Lynch wished to make the most of his acquittal from fraud charges by celebrating with those who were near and dear to him.
Lynch’s wife was amongst the others who were reportedly rescued from the site but sadly her husband and daughter are still missing and now feared dead.
