Actor Kevin Costner is just as shocked and baffled as the rest of us when it came down to his wife’s demands for child support.
The extremely high price tag attached was called out as beyond ridiculous by the star but that’s not the only thing that he had to say on the matter.
According to the star, he feels the high child support demands have less to do with the children and more to do with his wife’s greed for money.
And by that, we mean funds to pay for her plastic surgery expenses. “She wants me to cover those huge bills so she can look a certain way”- he continued. And as you can imagine, fans were stunned at what the star was mentioning.
Costner further called the demands inflated and outrageous and the star’s legal time is now looking into the matter and seeing how they can further handle it.
The amount that was requested would provide ludicrous extravagance that was designed to primarily benefit the supported parent, his team continued to mention in a new court filing issued by his attorney explained.
Amid the dirty public separation of the duo, it’s believed his estranged wife has taken on the bold step to leave the city and fly out elsewhere as things are getting pretty messy.
She is believed to run from the drama as she does not wish to be associated with any kind of behavior, added another insider on the matter.
“The amount asked for the support payments goes far beyond the needs of the couple’s three children. For now, the figure is delineated to be $248,000 each month while that outlined on Costner’s gross cash flow that’s up for support is $123,620.
But her attorney says that is just too low. However, the actor’s attorney revealed how the figure covers more than the basic necessities of each young child involved.
