The cops in West Sussex have reportedly launched an urgent appeal for a young teen mom who has gone missing with her little baby.

She was recently identified as 18-year-old Chloe Jeffreys, who was last spotted at her own residence with her baby daughter.

Nobody has any answers that explain how the young mom and her little daughter vanished from their home overnight. And that is why the cops are launching an urgent appeal in this regard.

“We worry about their security and well-being. We want anyone with any sort of information on the case to please come forward and let us know any details. Remember, the more the better”- they continued.

By the later hours of Thursday, she was discovered as ‘missing’ and the police were on alert.

Sources claim that she’s believed to be with her young baby by her side as that’s what the family has informed the cops about. But at the same time, no one knows where they might be in the end.

The duo was last known to be seen in Worthing and now, more officers are busy launching a new search for this missing pair as they fear for their safety. “We want you all to know that we are all so concerned over the sudden disappearance”- she revealed.

Chloe has reportedly been described as being 5ft 7inches. She is slim and has long burgundy hair.

She was last reported as wearing black-toned leggings and a black top and a black and burgundy pair of trainers.

“Her daughter has blonde hair and is understood to be donning a pink-toned fleecy zip-up cardigan. Moreover, the baby was observed inside a black-colored iCandy pushchair.

The cops are requesting members of the public to come forward and assist in the investigation. They hope to have a good ending with the investigation but for that, they need cooperation from outside too.
