Bodies Of Loving & Adventurous Couple Found In Raft After They Set Sail On Cross-Ocean Voyage In Yacht


The bodies of a thrill-seeking couple from Canada were found inside a life raft on Wednesday.

According to reports from local media outlets, the incident arose nearly six weeks after they left on a sailing trip across the Atlantic Ocean.

But little did anyone know that their fate would destined for doom.

Brett Clibbery and his 54-year-old partner Sarah Justine Packwood were witnessed abandoning their yacht and that’s when they were seen perishing on a life raft before getting all washed up across the Sable Island.

This is the nickname provided for the Graveland of the Atlantic because of how powerful the current and waves tend to be.

The authorities from Canada are yet to go about identifying the couple officially but many are certain the giant 10-foot-long raft belonged to them as it was a part of a bigger vessel called the Theros.

This happens to be the same eco-friendly boat that this duo had documented routinely on their respective travel blog account.

The couple had set sail on the mega 39-foot yacht from Halifax on June 11 as they had plans to cross the Atlantic to the Azores. This was a series of islands that was 900 miles west of Portugal, by July 2.
