A passenger says she was left humiliated by the staff and crew members hailing from a Jetstar flight recently when she made her way to Thailand.
According to reports from local media outlets, the passenger claims to have been humiliated as the staff members failed to cooperate with her and even told her that she would need to pay extra to be wheeled off the airline.
Natalie Curtis who hails from Australia says that it was just too much for her and she refused to give the extra sum of money to be able to get off. Hence, due to her disability, she was left with no choice but to literally crawl off the airline with no one in sight to help her.
But the staff and crew members claim that for a proper wheelchair to be allowed on board, only those of a specific kind would be able to function as there’s not enough space between aisles to move from one place to another.
No matter how many justifications came her way, the woman who hails from Queensland mentioned how she was not going to listen to all of this. She has filed her complaints with the respective authorities and is waiting to hear back from them soon.
“The flight staff informed me that I would be sporting out a huge sum of money if I wished to get off the aircraft. They told me I needed that wheelchair and there was no other way”- the woman continued. She managed to prove them all wrong.
Soon, viral images of Natalie Curtis were seen taking the center stage where she was literally crawling to the gates of the airline so she could get off.
Many other passengers were left with no choice but to stop and stare and now, the story is going viral as we speak
