Dakota Fanning wants the world to stop shaming Tom Cruise for not attending his daughter’s 18th birthday after he was pictured landing one day before for work reasons.
Cruise has yet to be a part of his daughter’s life since the time of her birth and today, they’ve got no relationship, whatsoever.
The news comes after Katie Holmes and her daughter Suri were seen taking a stroll out in public, right before they attended her 18th birthday bash. Moreover, it was a night to remember but many did feel that perhaps having a father figure would have made things so much better for her.
Amid those statements comes Dakota Fanning who has revealed to the public how Tom Cruise is one of the nicest people she’s ever met in her life, and the fact that he continues to send her birthday presents each year is the best part.
She took to her account on social media to explain how he was the first one to get her a personal cell phone when she was just 11. And until today, she cherishes that so much. “It’s just a kind and thoughtful gesture when you come to think of it”- she revealed.
years back and whenever she gets the time, she visits Cruise even if he’s working. “That is how great of a person he is”- she revealed.
Both Dakota and Tom began their friendship after starring in a movie together. This was in the year 2005 when they teamed up for the film War of the Worlds. Since then, it’s been great for the two of them.
