Tragic and heartbreaking reports coming in from Japan are now speaking about the death of a disabled woman who passed away under the most terrifying circumstances.
Sources from local media outlets claim she died after her husband pushed her into the sea. It was reported that the man had grown tired of his wife because she was disabled and therefore, he felt she was a burden on him. This is why he could no longer take care of her and decided to get rid of her, once and for all.
The suspect was identified as an 81-year-old from Japan who was immediately arrested and taken into police custody after the tragedy.
This heartbreaking incident took place in Oiso in Kanagawa where local police officers were made aware of what had taken place by the suspect’s own son.
“My dad claims he pushed my mom to her death into the sea. I don’t know what to do! Please help”- he cried.
The police are now revealing some of the most heartbreaking details imaginable. This includes how the suspect drove his wife’s wheelchair with her sitting in it. He never made her realize his evil intentions but in his mind, he had already made up what he was about to do and it was not going to be pretty.
His disabled wife named Teruko was driven by him to a pier in Oiso. This was a man who reportedly had been taking care of his wife for more than four decades but according to him, that was a long time and there was no patience left in him anymore.
After being arrested and taken into police custody on the suspicion of murder, he did plead guilty and admitted to the horrifying crime.
Moreover, his arrest came at a time when a witness reportedly spotted his wife’s body lying in the sea at about 7 pm in the evening. They reported the gruesome sighting and that is what caused law enforcement agents and paramedics to rush and retrieve his dead wife’s remains.
There was no chance of survival and she was pronounced dead at the hospital. But her death has sparked immense backlash across the board. So many citizens are furious over what had taken place and how there was no check and balance on elderly abuse taking place in the country.
