Johnny Depp is opening up about how his former partner’s ‘wife beater’ allegations have gone about ruining his entire career and life.
The famous Pirates of the Caribbean actor says the op-ed written against him in the year 2018 was life-changing for him and by that he meant absolute destruction.
From being banned from all his movies to the industry unwilling to work with him, he says life has been very tough ever since. And while he chose to remain silent for so long, it was finally time for the world to know the truth.

For starters, Disney removed him from the upcoming sequel of the Pirates of the Caribbean which was a blockbuster film whose lead character was always played by Depp himself. The actor tried to respond by mentioning how the character Jack Sparrow was something he had built from the ground upwards. He claims to have put a lot of effort into getting into the role and to see someone crumble that in seconds was one of his life’s hardest moments.
