A lawyer working for The Sun tabloid has reportedly accused Prince Harry of taking part in a shocking and extraordinary ordeal involving the destruction of evidence.
This was related to the lawsuit which claimed the paper violated his privacy by unlawfully snooping on him.
Anthony Hudson mentioned during a hearing at the High Court how Harry purposefully destroyed the evidence which was in the form of text messages. This was with the ghostwriter who ended up writing his famous memoir called Spare.
Harry’s legal team has fought back stating how claims about him withholding any content or getting rid of material as evidence is the height of hypocrisy.
But Hudson vows to fight back, adding how Harry embarked on an obstacle course himself to attain documents from his past lawyer and staff while he was a working member of the royal family.
The hearing is said to be the latest development in the legal case of the Prince against one of the UK’s biggest British tabloids.
It has to do with claims about alleged phone hacking ordeals and how he ended up hiring private investigators to make use of unlawful measures to dig up dirt upon himself.
