Arielle Konig’s world came crashing down after reports spoke about her husband slamming a brutal attack on her during the hike while looking at the scenic Pali region.

He was reportedly upset because she refused to take a click with him during the trip, causing his anger to turn into a bizarre and uncalled-for rage.

He hit her head against the rock and even tried to push her down to her death on the cliff, but she still managed to survive and continues to battle for her life in the ICU.
