Weddings are never easy to deal with but we bet dealing with the aftermath of the event is just as difficult.
And in case you fail to believe us, this next story is for you because one woman says her one mistake just might cost her big time.
The bride says she put out an advert on Craig’s List for her husband’s mother because she felt that was the only way to ensure she remained busy and distracted at all times.
The woman further explained how she was desperate because her mother-in-law loves to garner the center of attention, especially at those events where she is not the star of the show.
Therefore, to ensure that did not happen this time around, she claims that she’s pulling out all of the stops.
“Desperate times call for desperate measures. It just had to be done. I do not feel I did anything wrong. She was going to wear white and make it all about herself. But I burst her bubble before it could happen”- she continued.
While she certainly hoped for it to be to be a big secret, that was not the case. The mother-in-law did find out and called out the bride for the act.
Even her husband confronted her, shocked as can be. But little did anyone know that the bride felt that way about the leading member of the household.
Now, her husband is quite upset while the mother-in-law refuses to talk to her. She just feels that it was a new low and should never have happened.
Therefore, the bride is requesting for others on the Reddit platform to have their say and determine whether what she did was wrong or not. She also wants to make things better but is not quite sure about how to do just that.
