Tragic reports have confirmed the death of a young California Polytechnic State University graduate who broke records in the track and field domain.

Her former team shared the tragic news on her social media account and confirmed her identity to be Shelby Daniele.

She was remembered as the most loving and amazing individual and everything you’d ever want an athlete to be. As explained by her alma mater, she adored sports and was so good at it too.

The shocking tragic news about her passing was shared on both of her social media accounts.

While Daniele’s cause of death is yet to be revealed, she was born in 2001 and was only 23 years old at the time of her death.

As per her college team, she recently graduated from Cal Poly this spring and got her master’s degree in agriculture with distinction.

She was an exceptionally bright student-athlete and she spent a whopping five years lending her talents to the entire program.

Amongst her career highlights included being a six-time all-big West honoree and a two-time Big West champion. She was also the team captain and a true school record holder.
