The alleged gunman who was arrested for trying to assassinate the former US President has been identified and charged.
Despite being masked at first in terms of who his identity was and where he came from, the shooter’s background is now going public.
According to reports from the authorities, the alleged gunman tried his best to fire bullets at Trump directly. He was just holes away from where Trump was busy playing golf.
Moreover, he was seen hiding in the bushes for 12 hours before one of Trump’s security team recognized him and targeted him.
At this time, shots were fired in the air but he was taken into police custody in no time. More details revealed how he hated Donald Trump but did not have any violent history after his background check was conducted.
He did express on social media how Trump was not the right choice for the country and mirrored all the values and statements that belonged to current VP Kamala Harris.
He also had a post about democracy mentioned on the ballot and this time around, the country had to make the right decision and not lose.
These were the same anti-Trump rhetorics used by Harris and Biden.
The suspect’s name was Ryan Wesley Routh and he was 58 years old. He’s now been charged with the crime of trying to assassinate Donald Trump.
