The real cause of death for musician Sinead O’Connor has finally been revealed, exactly one year after she died in London.
According to reports from local media outlets, the star musician’s death certificate details were released.
This is after registration for the document was rolled out by her former husband John Reynolds in London. He listed her cause of death as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and asthma.
Meanwhile, the Nothing Compares 2 U star was also said to be suffering from a serious respiratory tract infection that led to her death in the end.
In January, we saw a representative for the Southwark Coroner’s Court in London shed light on how O’Connor passed away due to natural causes and for that reason, the coroner opted to cease more investigation into the death cause.
The star from Ireland died on July 26 2023 and they were only 56 in age.
Her family released a statement on this front where it was mentioned how they were sad to announce her tragic passing during the time. They were devastated and hoped and prayed that the press and world would be able to respect their privacy during this troubling time.
