Singing sensation and heartthrob of many, Katy Perry was stuck in a sticky situation during a recent live performance in Las Vegas.
According to reports from local media outlets, the starlet was baffled when she couldn’t open one of her eyes while performing at a concert for fans.
It appeared that one of her eyelids got stuck but it’s still not clear what exactly went on with the diva on stage.
The footage was recently uploaded on TikTok and it managed to go viral in seconds as concerned fans and followers wondered what really went on.
Some did joke around about how she suffered a ‘glitch’ during her performance while others felt it was just a mechanical failure and nothing to worry about.
“The well-oiled machine has suffered a major glitch. There is nothing to worry about here”- one fan went on to add and the comments just couldn’t stop coming in.
But Katty did not look like she was joking at all and that horrifying incident really made the star struggle with the ordeal as she couldn’t see with one of her eyes.
She was dressed in stunning attire that comprised a can-inspired theme of a silver-toned leotard. But then all of a sudden, things came to standstill when she paused and took a break to recover from the incident.
Thankfully, she did look like she could finally open up her right eye again and continued on with the show like a true brave fighter. But nevertheless, it was definitely not something that looked like fun.
Others felt the incident was caused by her fake lashes which may have gotten stuck to the bottom of her eye and others agreed.
