British Airways is reportedly investigating an incident that involves one of their staff members.

According to reports from local media outlets, the airline spoke about how their air hostess is being held accountable for her irresponsible actions while performing duties during a flight that carried the remains of late singer Liam Payne.

She was reportedly suspended by her company for sharing with her social media followers that she was on the same airline that was carrying the late star and how his family was also aboard the same flight.

As per sources, she breached the company’s privacy code of conduct and therefore could now be fired for the same reason.

The individual in question is said to have more than 10k followers and was traveling with the later star’s coffin so she informed her fans about the excitement of being next to the late star.

The employee was confirmed to not be serving her duties until the investigation continues. The incident has gone viral with many condemning the act and demanding an urgent inquiry to stop such incidents from happening again.

British Airways has since then released a statement on this front and how it’s clear that she cared more about her online presence on social media, more than anything else.
