One fitness enthusiast was left red in the face when she took a terrible stumble during her recent workout session. Moreover, sources have gone on to speak about how her leggings were stripped off and she was left half naked.

But it’s not only her ripped leggings that were the issue. The woman got severely injured along the way and documented her brutal bruises and scars.

The whole thing was recorded and aired online, serving as a clear reminder for many people that sometimes your leggings can end up in this manner if you’re not careful.

But how exactly did the misery ensue is a question on many people’s minds. Well. Alyssa Konkel says one of her shoelaces got undone.

And then all of a sudden, she tripped over that on a treadmill. It was a clear hazard sign and while it might appear funny to some at first, the injuries were as brutal as can be. Hence, they required immediate medical attention.
