Leading Gospel band – The Nelons have reportedly been struck by a horrifying tragedy.
According to reports from local media outlets, The Nelons’ family has been torn apart after three members of the group were said to be involved in a fatal plane crash.
Sources revealed how they were all en route to a concert and that’s when four people were killed in the crash as mentioned in a new report by The Sun.
Among those who were killed included Jason Nelon Clark, Kelly Nelon Clark, and daughter Amber Nelon Kistler.
Others who reportedly died included Amber’s husband Nathan Kistler, the famous assistant of the family, as well as the plane’s pilot who was flying with them.
Fans were devastated to hear the news. More details on this front spoke about how the fourth family member, Autumn Nelon Streetment did not take the flight as she was expecting a baby boy.
The incident occurred as this band was traveling to Alaska on Friday for the upcoming Gaither Homecoming Cruise. This is when their jet crashed over Wyoming, igniting a massive wildfire upon impact.
Firefighters and a host of emergency responders rushed to assist as the wreckage caught on fire upon immediate impact. Sadly, no survivors were found as per the Sheriff’s office that’s leading the investigation of this crash.
