Brad Pitt has just won the newest round in his epic legal battle against former lover Angelina Jolie.
The news comes after Jolie lost the latest legal battle over their $500 million French vineyard, as confirmed by sources at Page Six.
The renowned Moneyball star has been in and out of court in the state of California and Luxembourg in regards to the Chateau Miraval.
They argued how he should have controlled the interest in this particular vaunted vineyard after Angelina Jolie sold her shares to the owner of Stoli.
The 60-year-old Moneyball star has been in and out of court in this regard. The pair tied the knot at this particular winery in the year 2014 and that’s when Pitt gifted Angelina Jolie an extra 10% as part of their wedding. This makes it a 50-50 asset that they were splitting together in the year 2016.
Jolie was seen selling her shares but Brad Pitt was told that the deal wasn’t valid and and that he would now grab a hold of 60% of the total ownership.
A source that was close to the stars mentioned to media outlet Page Six how he had 60% of the overall ownership while Jolie had 40% of the complete ownership.
The pair tied the knot at the winery located in 2014, while Pitt gifted Jolie another 10% from their wedding, making this asset 50-50% during the pair’s split.
Another source insisted that Brad Pitt was seen arguing inside the court of law for another 10% as he felt it was unenforceable. Some sources did mention how he should attain another massive percentage and lead the control of the overall property.
