One couple is going viral after claiming their in-flight experience was ruined, thanks to a loud and farting dog.
The couple says they had no idea that flying premium on Singapore Airlines would put them in this position. And now, they’re demanding a refund because they paid so much money and that’s the least they deserve.
The couple who go by the name Gill and Warren Press claim they were traveling on a Singapore Airlines Flight that took off from Paris. They really wanted the best in-flight experience so they opted for nothing but premium but what they got in return was below ordinary.
The duo were seated near a very noisy and gassy service dog who may have seemed far away but his sounds and gassy scent were just too much to bear. From the noisy growls to the heavy snorting, the pair says they really were annoyed to the core and couldn’t wait for the plane to land.
They tried to call for help but weren’t exactly accommodated because there was not much the staff could do in terms of shifting him around. Moreover, the pup was seated with its owner and she says that he had to be near her as the pet assisted in terms of calming her anxiety.
“I was distressed and struggling. This was really a lot for me or anyone to handle”- the woman added. And now, they’re filing for a refund claim because they claim such actions are unacceptable.
Netizens were divided on the matter. They said that gas and noise just were not something that any airline had much control over. And it was like dreaming of a refund for every baby that started to cry aboard the flight.
