Meghan Markle seems to be taking fashion inspiration from her sister-in-law Kate Middleton as the Duchess of Sussex was recently spotted wearing a nearly identical gown that Kate had donned for her recently red carpet event in London.
It was a fashion game of duchess doubles as Meghan and Kate both appeared picture perfect when the dress was worn on separate days and at separate events.
Meghan was seen donning a $5000 monochrome-toned jumpsuit for her New York City appearance where she and Harry are scheduled to be.
Meghan Markle stood hand in hand and very close to her partner as he delivered a speech at the UN assembly yesterday.
And needless to say, her looks for the event were absolutely stunning. But for the jumpsuit attire, the resemblance was just too striking to Kate Middleton’s gowns that social media went abuzz and couldn’t help but make stark comparisons between the two.
Meghan was seen hand in hand with Harry by her side as the duo arrived at the UN headquarters to celebrate Nelson Mandela day in New York yesterday. Both stars appeared picture perfect and fabulous.
The royal couple was seen spending their time with close friends in the city, dining at popular eateries, and just having a blast.
This was just a few hours after Prince Harry was seen giving a very politically charged speech.
Meghan’s strapless jumpsuit was black with a giant from leading designer label Gabriela Hearst. This was very similar to what Kate Middleton donned in May 2022 while attending another Red Carpet event.
Many felt Meghan might be a huge fan of Kate’s style because this is definitely not the first time that she was seen sporting a look that was near to identical to the Duchess of Cambridge.
