Missing Hawaiian photographer Hannah Kobayashi is breaking her silence for the first time since getting back to the US.
The news comes after her mysterious disappearance into Mexico. The 31-year-old aspiring photographer says she was aloof from all the media and press regarding her sudden vanishing.
She also mentioned that she was not aware of her father taking his life after not being able to find her.
The 31-year-old aspiring photographer also shed light on how there was so much media coverage about her entering Mexico because that’s how busy she was this whole time.
Kobayashi was going to New York from her residence in Hawaii when she opted to walk out of LA’s International Airport and disappeared.
Shocking new images showed her entering Mexico’s border by bus and many wondered what was going on.
She was joined by her alleged green card husband who is an Argentinian native to try and hoodwink immigration officials to believe that their marriage was real as reported by media outlet Daily Mail.
Now, the family is demanding their privacy rights be respected as they mourn the loss of a family member and try to understand the entire situation behind closed doors.
